What is the Accountability page?

The Accountability page is a storyboard of what is going on in the database. It breaks the database down into a spreadsheet with hyperlinks for easy follow-up and management. It also allows you to see any red flags that might be presenting themselves regarding lead follow-up or agent accountability.

You have the option to see specific users and columns. This lets you customize your view according to what works best for your office. 

In order to get the calendar to show up, you will need to select the columns under Lead Engagement. This will pull up columns in the blue shaded area that directly correlate to the calendar.

Each number is a clickable link that takes you straight to that section.
